James is an operations technician at Ionic Technologies. He brings 23 years’ experience of industrial skills and knowledge to the team, 10 years working in a maintenance and overhaul environment. During this time he worked on steam boilers, electric motors, gearboxes and pumps and the machining of new components. He spent a further 13 years working for a global manufacturer of Diesel and Gas Generators in various roles from production to quality. He was also heavily involved in Rapid Improvement workshops to maximise efficiency in production practices.
