Laura graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. She joined Ionic Technologies in July 2022 and has been working on the design and development of the magnet recycling pilot and demonstration facilities as a Junior Process Engineer. She has been involved in all aspects of the process including early-stage design, equipment procurement, health and safety and operations.
