Neruja has 10 years’ experience in process engineering across the civil, nuclear and defence industries with Rolls-Royce and Sellafield Ltd. She joined Ionic Technologies in November 2022, and as the Engineering Manager is responsible for the Engineering team and the development of the magnet recycling demonstration plant.
