Tim is a chemist with a background in rare earth coordination and separation, with a Masters in rare earth coordination with diamide ligands, focusing on crystallography, and also having completed a Royal Society of Chemistry internship before joining Ionic Technologies in June 2022. Tim overseas pilot plant research and demo plant installation.
